Welcome to our terms and conditions page. Our terms are set up to help make things as friendly and hassle free as possible for our customers in order to ensure the best experience when you shop with us to keep coming back again and again. For this reason we give a one month return window on all non digital goods (we cannot accept returns on digital goods), full details are below


Returns policy


Cancelling orders
You can choose to cancel the order any time up to one month after you place it. If you choose to cancel after the goods are dispatched, you will be responsible for the postage costs and are fully responsible for ensuring items are returned to us in the same condition received.

If returned goods are not in the same condition that we dispatched them in we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or to refuse the return entirely.

In summary you can nearly always return an item within this time frame as long as you have not opened, damaged, modified the item in any way and it remains sealed and in it's original condition. Opened or used items are not acceptable to return.

Damaged or Faulty goods
All orders are quality checked prior to dispatched to make sure they conform to their advertised item specifics however should any goods be received damaged you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order, we will then work out a solution for you at no cost to yourself. We reserve the right to refuse complaints of damage outside of the 30 day window, likewise we reserve the right to levy appropriate surcharges for issues raised after said 30 day period has expired.

Booster pack specific note: In the unlikely event there is a damaged card found within a booster pack we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty, we will not be able to replace the specific card. Should this rare occurrence happen to you, it may actually be worth contacting the manufacturer ref a replacing a specific damaged card within a booster, but unfortunately they are generally not obligated to do so.

Order lost in transit
Should you report an item as having not being received, we reserve the right to re-send the original order rather than issue a refund. We always endeavor to send replacement items via tracked delivery.

Orders returned due to incomplete or erroneous address
It is the customers responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. In the event that goods are posted but returned due to unknown delivery address or another error on the customers part we reserve the right to invoice for additional postage costs before dispatching item(s) again.


Errors and Shortages on Orders
Although every care is taken to ensure absolute accuracy on the shipments we sent out to you there may be rare occasions where an error could have occurred at the time of dispatch or even in transit. In this circumstance you are required to notify us within 3 days of receipt of the delivery and we will do our best to put the problem right asap. Should we not hear from you within 3 working days of the deliveries receipt you are deemed to have accepted that the goods received are all correct and in order.

This clause is necessary as in many cases if acted on quickly mistakes with transit can be rectified if we contact the courier soon enough to investigate, but after a couple of days have passed it becomes a near impossibility to retrieve/recover items from the courier.

If after a longer period of time, there is irrefutable proof of a shortage such as a weight measurement from a courier we will endeavor to put any error on our part right as soon as possible.

Service Emails
Titan Cards works with various third party service providers who help us to ensure that you receive an optimal service. Sometimes we might send electronic communications which request feedback on the item/service provided, or perhaps a review, we will also send you updates in regards to any orders/purchases that you have made with us.

In instances that you add products to your cart but forget to checkout, we may send you an email notification with a link to enable you to quickly finalise any unfinished purchases.

Restriction of Goods
Titan Cards reserves the right at our sole discretion to place limits on the quantity of certain items which can be ordered by an individual, household or on a single order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed via the same payment method or orders with the same billing, shipping addresses. We will always provide notification to a customer should any restrictions/limits be placed on an existing order. Titan Cards reserves the rights to cancel any order without prior notification or reason.

Declining to Trade
We advertise goods on our website and in doing so are not offering goods for sale; we are making an invitation to treat. When you, the customer buy items via our website you are making us an offer to purchase the goods, it's at this point that we "Titan Cards" will decide whether to accept the offer.

If we decide not to accept your offer to purchase goods, we will inform you in writing as soon as possible and advise you of this decision.

Accuracy of Descriptions and Pricing
While Titan Cards takes great pride in providing accurate product descriptions, pricing information and so on there is always the chance of human error ie typographical errors in price or description, the use of the wrong image etc.

Should the event arise whereby an item is listed at the incorrect price or with the incorrect description, Titan Cards shall have the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item. Where an item is mispriced Titan Cards may at our discretion contact you or cancel your order and notify you of such.
