Physical Items will normally be dispatched same working day if order is placed by 12pm UK time, digital items such as Pokemon Online Codes will be delivered instantly in-browser and to your registered email address with the exception only of items which are not yet officially released.
Standard delivery for orders under £25.00 is based on Royal Mails tariff pricing for normal letter, large letter and parcel based postage. Digital orders do not incur any delivery cost. Further information on physical item delivery can be found below.
FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING (UK)
Our customers in the UK can enjoy free economy shipping via Royal Mail 2nd class when their subtotal is £20 or more (excluding delivery cost, vat).Spend more than £30 and we will send via Royal Mail Tracked 48. These shipping options are automatically applied when you checkout and no codes are required to redeem this offer, you can just select the free shipping option and we'll do the rest.
Some larger items may be sent on different courier services at our discretion to ensure the most appropriate and safe delivery method for both customer and seller. We also reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include utilising 'signed for' to packages we feel we need a delivery confirmation for. Any changes made will be simply to ensure the most speedy and safe delivery method and any such additional costs for these changes will be born by us. Where this occurs possible service options are all reputable, safe and are detailed below:-
UK SHIPPING OPTIONS
Royal Mail Standard - usually takes 1-3 working days after the date of dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 3 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.
Royal Mail Economy - usually takes 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 5 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - usually takes 1-2 working days after the date of dispatch and offers full tracking information, which can be checked on the Royal Mail website. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. It is company policy to specify the local depot as a Safe Place, unless instructed otherwise. If you parcel is more than 2 days late, we would recommend checking with the local sorting office quoting your tracking number before contacting us.

It is company policy to specify the local depot as a Safe Place, unless instructed otherwise. If you parcel is more than 2 days late, we would recommend checking with the local sorting office quoting your tracking number before contacting us.
Royal Mail Next Day - is a guaranteed next working day delivery from date of dispatch. Please, note that orders dispatch on a Friday would be delivered next Monday unless Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery is selected as shipping option. If your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox, it can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 1 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.
Delivery by courier - is a guaranteed next working day delivery from date of dispatch. Please, note that orders dispatch on a Friday would be delivered next Monday unless the Courier Mainland Saturday service has been selected. When placing the order, please consider providing a mobile number, this will allow the Courier Company to text you notifications about your consignment. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving our dispatch notice and it is not at the local depot, then please contact us. Please provide your name as it would appear on your order, order reference and the date you received our dispatch note, this will help us to deal with your query quickly for you.
DPD Next Day - we offer DPD as a premium shipping option for next day delivery in place of Royal Mail which can be used at the discretion of our customers. DPD offer a 2 hour delivery slot, the time of which you will be informed of on the morning of the delivery day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE)
*** Please note that buyers from the EU may have to pay a duty/tax on imports from the UK. These charges would be levied directly by each countries respective customs authority and are not charged by Titan Cards. ***
Airmail - usually takes 5 -10 working days, but it can take longer if there is a delay in the postage system. Please allow 28 working days for your item to arrive. Standard Airmail is not tracked.
International Signed for, International Tracked and International Track & Sign are tracked and include delivery confirmation services. Shipping times can vary but usually take 5-10 working days from dispatch to delivery. Items can take up to 28 Working Days as per the Royal Mail's terms of service.
Parcelforce International Courier - We also offer a flat rate Euro Parcel service to mainland Europe which is fully tracked, please do contact us if you are wanting to place a large order. Delivery times for the Parcelforce service are quicker than other international shipping options but do vary depending on the distance the parcel will be travelling. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF WORLD)
Rest of World - For items travelling outside the European Economic Area delivery times are longer and usually takes 10-14 working days, dependent where in the world you are based. Goods can take up to 28 working days before being considered late as per Royal Mail's terms of service.
